About the Executive Committee
The MPGA Executive Committee is comprised of twelve members typically elected to staggered two-year terms by the Board of Directors.
Four members of the committee serve as Officers - President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Six members of the committee are considered At-Large members. The committee also includes the Immediate Past-President and the MGA Public Golf Manager. Each of the twelve members of the Executive Committee are voting members.
A nominating committee co-chaired by the Immediate Past-President and the Vice President shall nominate a slate of candidates to fill the expiring terms of Executive Committee members and make its report at the Fall meeting. Any member club may suggest a nominee for the Executive Committee, but must do so by submitting the name of the nominee in writing or via email to the nominating committee not less than 30 days prior to the Fall meeting.
