2026 Combination Championship

Location: Pebble Creek Golf Course

Date: September 20, 2026

Entry Fee: $220 per team, limited to first 90 teams

Registration Opens: March 2, 2026

Registrarion Closes: September 9, 2026

Format: 27 hole stroke play team event, 9 holes four-ball, 9 holes scramble, and 9 holes modified alternate shot.

Note: Starting times will be at 7:30 am off each of the three nines.

• Championship Division. (Must elect, MGA Points only awarded in this division)
  • Gross event.
• Senior Championship Division. (Must elect)
  • Gross event.
  • Both players must be 50 years or older on the date of the tournament.
• Flights
  • The play will be a Gross event for all but the final flight which will be a Net event.
  • Flights Determined by Combined Team Handicap and the number of entrants.
  • A handicap difference greater than 8.0 will result in the higher handicap players index being reduced to 8.0 over that of the lower handicap player and then be assigned to the appropriate flight.

The Team in each division or flight with the lowest score after 27 holes will be the winner. In the event of a tie for the Championship, there will be a hole-by-hole playoff immediately following play.

Eligibility: Entry is open to any amateur golfer:

1. Who plays out of an MPGA Member Club or approved affiliate.
2. Who carries a current active GHIN Handicap.

Player Points: Both the Championship and Senior Championship Divisions will be awarded MGA Player Points as per the published MGA Player Point Distribution. Note: in the Senior Championship Division, both players must be 55 or older on or before the first day of the event to be eligible to receive MGA Player Points.

An entry may be rejected at the discretion of the Committee at any time, including after registration for the the competition has closed.
